Location Mumbai / Gujarat / Pune

CTC up to 12lpa  

JOB SUMMARY:

1. Managing the team of Broca Sales & Key Account Managers.
2. Driving the channel partners to sales insurance products.
3. Responsible for overall development and management of the branches/ offices.
4. Train the trainers and all the sales force for more effectiveness.
5. Strategizing the long term business directions of redeveloping relationship with key

decision makers.

6. Strategizing the long term business directions of the region
7. Development & Management of all the branch sales force
8. Networking with financially strong and reliable dealers and channel partners
9. Managing complete business operations with accountability for profitability.
10. Forecasting monthly/annual sales targets & executing them in given time frame by

organisational planning.

11. Driving mile share with brokers at their Respective location.
12. New distribution point at partners location.
