Urgent job opening of Operations Manager for Pharma Company at Navi Mumbai-Sanpada.
About Company : Manufactures of Pharmaceutical company, Dubai based company.
Qualification: B-Pharm
Experience: 8 to 10 years
Age: 35 to 40 years
Job Profile:
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Help the organizations processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
- Coordinate the activities of regulatory , purchase , logistics and other related departments
- Prepare MIS for all related activities .
