Job Description

: DIRECT SALES TEAM / Agency / Banca sales.

CTC - Upto 6 lacs

Roles and Responsibilities:

Purpose of Role: The primary responsibility of the RM/ Sr. RM is to sell insurance policies by generating leads though retail distribution model and serving existing customers or leads leads that received from the channel apart from sourcing business
Decision Scope: To provide correct and complete information on products to all customers that will help transparency and smooth sale of the business. This will ensure that the channel will remain competitive and successful.
Experience in direct sales - Life insurance field sales would be most preferred
Candidates with Broking sales/BFSI sales/Insurance sales experience can also apply
Candidates from other sales can also apply
Candidate to reside in the location of interview and to be available for F2F interviews
Candidate should be willing and interested to work in field sales
Should possess good communication skills and should be presentable.
