Job Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
• Define and implement quality standards, procedures, and metrics for the organization.
• Work with development teams to establish and maintain a culture of quality, including providing guidance on testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Collaborate with product owners and project managers to identify and prioritize quality requirements.
• Establish and monitor quality assurance KPIs and metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide regular reports to senior leadership on quality assurance performance, including recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct regular reviews of the quality assurance processes and implement changes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance practices and technologies.
• Manage and mentor the QA team, providing guidance, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
