Area Sales Manager Experience: 10 to 12 Years LOCATIONS AND ZONE- North Region-Punjab Zone-Location-Jammu North Region-Uttarakhand zone-Location-Haridwar North Up Region- UP East Zone- Location-Lucknow Outer West Region-Solapur AND Kolhapur QUALIFICATIONS- Fintech, Telecom, Merchant acquiring background 10-12 years of the overall experience. Exposure of working with leadership team Go getter attitude with problem solving skills. Team player with good verbal and written communication in Hindi / English. Data Analytics-MS Excel is must to have a skill Self-starter Team Management, Relationship building skills, Negotiation skills Exposure to working with the senior leadership team. REQUIREMENTS Market Planning: Plan the market size, coverage, and geographical distribution for Field Sales Executives (FSE). Determine the optimal allocation of resources to maximize sales opportunities and ensure efficient coverage of the assigned area. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales Capability, and HR to align resources, marketing collateral, and manpower. Coordinate with these teams to ensure the availability of appropriate support, adequate headcount, and smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Sales Team Recruitment: Identify and recruit top-performing sales professionals who are aligned with the market's needs and the company's values. Build a strong and motivated sales team to drive business growth in the market. Strong Networking and Willingness to Travel: Cultivate a strong professional network by actively engaging with industry peers, stakeholders, and key influencers. Be prepared to travel extensively throughout the assigned area to meet clients, understand local market dynamics, and build relationships that support business expansion.Employement Category:
