Job responsibilities :

1. Need to do sales related outbound calls.
2. Need to answer customers queries through voice services, inbound / outbound.
3. Ability in cross selling.
4. Address the customer mails to provide appropriate resolution on time.
5. Understanding the customers requirements and responding promptly.
6. Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Maintain documentation of customer inquiries and responses for future reference
8. Handle dissatisfied customers in a polite and professional way.
9. Answering customers' queries on the product.
