JOB ROLE:
1. Ensure effective and efficient meetings with the assigned gynaecologists / obstetricians in the territory
as per the companys minimum calls per month benchmark.
2. Consistent discussion with the doctors on the latest updates & news in the field of stem cells science,
feedback on our services & to build strong rapport with their support staff to sustain and generate new
growth opportunities.
3. Identifying the key accounts (hospitals, maternity clinics, birthing centres, etc.) for establishing
partnership to foster mutual business development.
4. To implement the sales & marketing strategies effectively in the assigned territory.
5. To create awareness by in-person counselling & conversing with all the expectant parents (target
group) who visit the assigned maternity clinic / hospital in the territory about the potential benefits of
cord blood stem cell banking and its importance as a preventive healthcare initiative for their family.
6. To distribute all the educational materials to the target group during the OPD time at the clinics /
hospitals to create interest in our products and services.
7. To collect the name, address and other relevant details of the target group to facilitate a formal
presentation for their family.
8. To enter all the leads in the companys lead management system on a daily basis.
9. To execute monthly targets of antenatal classes (ANCs) and other field marketing related activities in
the assigned clinics / hospitals, give a formal presentation to the target group and generate necessary
return on investment from such activities.
10. To give presentations to expectant parents via both offline and online modes including weekends.
11. To achieve the assigned sales target (enrollments) that is communicated from time to time.
12. To ensure satisfactory post-sales service to Clients and doctors.
13. To project an appropriate image of the company in the field and amongst all stakeholders.
14. To ideate and lead initiatives to generate potential leads and convert them into enrollments.
15. To timely share market intelligence inputs from the field such as competitor activities, stakeholders
feedback and market situation to the reporting manager and superiors.
16. To align the assigned key responsibilities with the key performance indicators to be evaluated via a
formal monthly review process.
17. To ensure regular visits to key opinion leaders from the assigned doctor portfolio and also arrange for
in-person meetings between them and reporting managers / senior hierarchy.
18. Any other relevant work that may be assigned by the superior and company from time to time.
