Urgent | Opening for Cruise Sales Expert (Travel Industry) at Mumbai(Worli).
Job Purpose:
- Sales Expert should handle Inbound and Outbound calls from B2C/Direct Customers for Cruise Company.
- The Sales Expert Executive is accountable for the delivery of high-quality professional services in accordance with the Mission, Core values, and achieve the set sales Targets.
- Domestic Sales; Focus on PAN Indian Markets.
Qualification Criteria:
- Graduation: Any Specialization (Should have at least 1 year Experience in sales)
- Computer literacy
- Strong Communication skills (English & Hindi other regional language would be at advantage)
Skills and Attributes:
The Sales Expert Executive must possess the following skills and attributes: energetic; customer-oriented attitude; excellent organizational skills; self-motivated and goal oriented; excellent written/oral and interpersonal communication skills with a genuine concern for the customer; ability to work quickly and achieve the sales targets; strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and improve in all aspects of the position; strong desire for a successful career in CruiseSalesand successful negotiating skills.
Essential Functions:
The Sales Expert performs the following Essential Functions:
- Promote products and services over the phone & counsels the customer to choose their dream vacation.
- Follow up with prospects via email and phone.
- Maintain a high degree of product knowledge and service expertise.
- Promote and enhance company reputation by providing professional and effective assistance.
- Outbound lead follow-up.
- Answer all incoming phone calls.
- Contact current customer base on current marketing offers.
- Place calls to customers for the purpose of actively promoting products and services.
- Effectively communicate (verbally and written) information with team members and customers.
- Attain the service levels set by your Team Leader & adhere to set policies and protocols & is flexible to take up new challenges set by the organization.
