- Sales Support to your team and customers

-Recruiting and Managing team of financial advisors/agents.

-Train team members on selling and products.

-Plan/ Control/ Monitor team to meet desired business numbers.

-Manage Performance, Persistency and Profitability of the unit assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in Insurance/ BFSI sector.

Minimum 6 months experience in Sales and Marketing.

Graduation Required. Any Graduate can apply. 

Life insurance experienced candidates should be preferred.
