Job Description

:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front desk and Admin Executive to join our team. As the Front desk and Admin Executive, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage the reception area and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders.
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Support other departments as needed, including assisting with travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Handle any inquiries or issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience as a Front desk and Admin Executive or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners) and basic troubleshooting.
