Job Description

• To generate revenue for the organization by the means of conversion of inactive clients to active clients by sorting out their problems.
• Prepares and maintains MIS on daily basis of the productivity i.e. number of calls done and how many of the clients were interested and forward it to the senior.
• Providing clients with sound knowledge regarding the products of the company and convincing them to opt for activation of their accounts.
• Draft a report regarding the number of discontent clients because of inefficient services and forwarding it to superior on daily basis
