1) Process: Vodafone(WebChat):
* Any Graduate from a recognized Institute or University in any discipline.
* Minimum 1-Year experience in any Customer Service (E-mail or Chat/Telecom Voice).
* Graduates who know to Read and Write Hindi will be an added advantage. (Freshers also eligible).
* Rotational Shift 6 Days Working/1-day rotational week off.
* Shift Timing - 7 AM to 1 AM (Any 9 hours shift). (One Way Cab Drop Facility).

Job Description:
Customer service for credit cards. Calls will be received on new hotline(toll-free number) as well as Inbound
calls- customer service.
Requirement:
* Graduation mandatory
* 5 Days working.
* Rotational Week Off
* Rotational shifts 8am to 8pm (24/7).
* Fresher or any experience in any BPO.
* Language- English/Hindi
Interviews:
1. HR Round
2. Versant voice(5 or 6 cut off)
3. Ops Round
4. Client Round

*Minimum 6 months experience in any BPO Customer Service/Tele Sales.
