Designation : Subject Matter Expert(Medical Coding)

Shift : Mid shift

Job Description:

• Should have good written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of 5+ years Coding experience in US healthcare is mandatory
• Handling coding enquiries from internal coding team, billing team, clients, client relation managers.
• Familiar in Using CMS, AAPC, AMA, Derm coder, Encoder portals to research the industry updates.
• Need to be a team player and flexible to work with other departments for issue resolution.
• Strong knowledge of coding domains - E/M, Dermatology Surgery, Pathology, radiation oncology & Denial Management.
• Participate in coding the new clients, super audit, client audits for quality assurance.
• Reporting & meeting the Daily /Weekly/Monthly team KRA, client SLA and monitoring.

Skill Sets:

• CPC, CPCD, CCS any one certification is an added advantage.
• Candidate with good knowledge in anatomy/physiology.
• Good organizational skills to implement timely follow-up
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Good in Time-management.

Location : Perungudi

Preferably Immediate Joiners/15 Days Notice Period.
