Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Provided Training on product, accessories, skincare.
Developed Training Programs and impart training to the Representatives and Leaders.
Provided Training on product ,selling skills and ensured timely training programs.
Conducted Parlor Entrepreneur Sessions to new leads and add to the sales and satisfaction of clients.
Ensure compliance and service satisfaction of the Reps and clients.
Actively participated in Digital projects and imparted training as required to the field.
Administered zones and its growth when required.
Analyzed and shared monthly reports on training provided.
