Customer service representative.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


* Provide clients with information relating to smoke alarm legislations in various states and territories.

* Provide quotes and information to clients relating to upgrading their smoke alarm system.


ELIGIBILITY CRITERIAS:

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: Freshers with an excellent comms in English & Hindi can also apply

Languages known: English & Hindi

Shift: Females - 8 a.m to 8 p.m working window { any 9 hour shift during this window }

Salary: 17K { 21 CTC }

Week off: Two rotational


Location: Chennai
