Job Description

What you should have

• Overall 12+ years of software development experience with 2-3 years in an AWS Architect role. Hands-on experience with AWS solutions using IAM, S3, EC2, EKS, ECS, SQS, SNS, Lambda, Kinesis, AWS Batch, RDS, Dynamo DB and API Gateway
• Experience with MVC frameworks like spring, etc
• Experience with Microservices/Serverless/Disconnected/API First etc. Architecture 5. Working knowledge/experience with RDS and NoSQL
• Thorough experience in writing high-quality code with full automated unit test coverage (Junit, Mockito, etc.), refactoring, and Test-Driven Development
• Good Designing & problem-solving skills
• Excellent Communication and articulation skills
• Ability & willingness to learn technologies at a pace
• Good to have
• Knowledge of Jenkin/Drone/Microsoft Azure DevOps, Git, App Dynamics, Splunk, Docker/Containerization, Terraform, etc
• Technical certifications AWS, Java, DevOps etc

What you will be doing

As a Technical Architect, you will be tasked with building capabilities and readiness in AWS and the Open-source area. You will be supervising the principles of good coding, taking resilience measures, enabling scalability, building re-suable templates, etc using a hands-on lead-by-example style.

• Build capability on AWS Services and Well-Architected Framework and participate in design/review
• Build re-suable components/practices to optimize cost and improve time to deliver
• Participate in Proof-of-Concept building based on customer/internal requirement
• Devise and deliver promotional activities and assist the Sales Account Manager wherever possible
• Commercial awareness of competition and promote innovation
• RFP Handling and support lead to closure activities
