Managing Day to day operations of assigned Key Accounts
Planning Workflow of Recruiter
Managing demand and supply ratio of Mandate.
Managing team, assigning mandates as per priority of clients.
Training team as and when required
Follow Up with clients for Feedback and New Requirement
Reviving clients time to time basis
Maintain the Daily/Weekly/Monthly recruitment reports.
