Job Description

• Liasoning with Mediclaim SPOC at HO Level
• Action on Risk cases / Fraud Cases with in TAT
• Salary Discrepancy Follow up with HO
• Tracking and Monitoring of Employee Referral, Transfer Allowance, Salary Advance & Loans
• Tracking and Monitoring of Induction Feedback, NDC & F&F from RHR
• Reviewing Daily Hiring with RHR's
• Critical Monitoring of joinees & Gap for further rectt initiatives.
• Attrition analysis - Quarterly, to be maintained < 18%/pa
• Providing Role Wise Dashboard -Weekly & Monthly to Zonal HR
• KYC Updation of employees in ESS ( PAN/Aadhar Card/ Mobile No/Email ID/ Bank Account)
• Completing & ensuring Confirmation, Exit, Proxy Attendance of employee through Regional HR
• Updation of data on Internal software pertaining to the Zone
• Coordination with Regional HR for Grievance/Queries
• Data Management
• Should be Having Good hands on Excel & PowerPoint
