Job Description
Position: Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator
Experience: 3 years+
Location: Andheri
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting export market research, generating new customer leads, managing digital marketing activities, servicing clients by providing regular order updates, and preparing product costings. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new customer leads and potential sales opportunities using available online tools and social media platforms.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Service clients by providing regular order updates, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare product costings and quotations for clients, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, track progress, and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate client information, sales activities, and lead statuses.
- Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay informed about industry trends.
- Assist in the creation of sales and marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the sales and marketing team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in co-ordinating sales, marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
