Job Description

Position : State Home Connect & Care Lead

Designation : Sr. Manager /DGM

Report to : State Home Lead (Telangana)

Team Size : Direct (5), + Level 2 (76) and Total team size of (1500+)

Roles and Responsibilities

a) End to End customer life management : Installation & Service of Home Broadband

b) Execute Home Care processes and plans (Plan Vs Actual )

c) Field Service readiness for Home Connect Care at JC/ JP (Manpower Tools, Equipment's ,
d) Training & Validation, uniform).

d) Ownership Approach in Team : Proactive Working , solution mindset System based working

e) Field Visit to check the pulse of installation Quality and adherence to Working Guidelines.

f) Support to JC team for ensuring smooth functioning of operations -materials / consumables.

g) Cross-function collaboration to ensure seamless execution of home care operations.

h) Escalation Management : Analyze customer issues and initiating corrective action leading to
I) Inputs for Training module enhancement.

j) Ensure manpower movement across JC for optimum utilization of resources.

k) Market Intelligence / Competition Benchmarking.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education - BE/ B.tech /MBA

Experience - 12 - 16 years

Must have worked in Installation & Servicing of Organizations (DTH / Telecom Internet / Electrical Appliances / Water Purifiers / Electrical cabling industries etc)

Should have Large Team Handling capability , Local Area Knowledge, High Networking skills, Influencing ability
