Job Profile: ISMS Team
Job location: MIDC, Andheri (East)
Shift : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm - Monday to Friday - Hybrid Mode
Job Purpose:
Information Security Department implements and maintains information security management system (ISMS) in organization. They have to ensure that the organization adheres to the ISO Standards and maintain data & information security as laid out in the Companys policy.
Job Description:
- Planning and conducting internal audits as per the ISO 27001:2013 standard
- Providing training on information security based on ISO27001:2013 ,GDPR
- Maintaining standard information security policy, procedure, and services
- Handling numerous information security audits conducted by certification body, clients auditors as well as by third party auditors hired by clients
- Handling compliance activities
- Conducting information security awareness training for internal employees
- Involving in co-ordination activities for the closure of findings highlighted in the annual vulnerability assessment and penetration testing conducted by third party vendor
- Involving in the co-ordination activities during the annual SSAE 18 SOC1 and SOC2 audits
- Responding to numerous RFP questionnaires from information security perspective
- Coordinating with various departments to implement changes based on the learning from previous audit findings to ensure that similar findings are not emerged in any future audit
- Responsible for the update of the information security policy and procedure documents as well as BCP document.
- Assisting the information security manager with the collation of points to be discussed during the biannual management information security forum meetings
- Involving in annual update of asset and risk register
- Conducting risk assessments prior to granting any exceptional access
- Involving in GDPR compliance activities
- He / She should have excellent written and verbal communication skill, analytical skill and high level of personal integrity
- Innovative thinking with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams
