Saxo Group - India is looking for a Digital Sales | (2-6Years exp.)
Responsibility:
Assess prospects potential to convert into active clients, and to integrate with new Saxo capabilities
Responsible for administrative tasks for converting leads to new trading clients (NTC)
Assisting with tasks to ensure fast and correct onboarding of clients
Ensure prudency and adhere to all policies and procedures
Proactive engagement of specialists (global sales, asset champs, onboarding, compliance, sales trading) while contributing to ideas towards improving the client experience
Activation work: Proactive engagement with existing clients to add value towards existing client TRE growth,
Mandate:
Achieve Key and Secondary KPIs
Contact all leads in a timely manner - in accordance with SLAs and the sales procedures.
Ensuring all administrative tasks in connection with onboarding the clients are done also in accordance with SLAs and the sales procedures.
Resolving any issues with onboarding the leads with the client and with onboarding
Conduct educational events (in-person, seminars and meetings) to maximise high value lead conversion and existing client TRE growth
Min. 2 years experience in Sales / Business development role or similar, having worked with Sales-based targets /KPIs
Fluent English, Hindi/Urdu speaker. Arabic is a bonus
Knowledge and direct experience in Equities, FX, as well as derivatives / margin based products
Must possess a proactive work-style and growth based mindset.
Has basic mathematical / numbers skills ability to conduct simple calculations during client communication without the use of calculators.
