Job Description

Day-To-Day Management of the Site, Including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.

Checking and certification of bills and invoices from Vendors, Sub Contractors

Preparation & certification of Ra bills from onsite data & drawings.

Site-Visits: - Random Physical checking of bills at site case to case.

Preparation of bill of quantities BOQ & Preparation of Reconciliation statements, Debit Notes.

Preparation of Work Order Amendments, Short Close orders, VOR-Variation Order Request

Maintain proper documents records throughout project

Checking the quality of work, Bar bending and construction activities as per drawings and specifications.

Should prepare Daily Progress Reports, Weekly reports, Monthly Reports Presentation & Submission

Co-ordinate with quality inspections with all the sub-contractors.

Monitor the implementation of approved site Quality Assurance Plan

Ensure the safety is adhered to at site.

Coordination with Project Co-Coordinators -PMC (Planning monitoring Cell), CMM (Contracts and Material Management)

Desired Candidate Profile

Should be a Civil Engineer with minimum 6 years of experience in Reservoirs, DAMS ,Barrages & Irrigation Projects
