2. Handling Inbound calls (US Semi technical Customer Service)
3. Need to Handle technical Related Queries, help with troubleshooting.
4. Designation: CSA
5. Excellent communication skills needed
6. HSC/ Graduate Fresher or with Minimum 6 Months of Customer Service Experience.
7. Shift Timing 24*7 rotational shift
8. Week off-2 Rotational week off between Monday till Sunday
9. Salary 23,000 in hand + 2750 Incentives.
10. Strict background verification for all Employment and Educations documents.
11. Rounds of Interviews: HR, Ops, Svar(VnA), Typing-25/85,.
