We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Associate to join our dynamic finance
team at Sampathi Credits Private Limited, a leading Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). The
ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting financial operations, assisting with financial
analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
The Finance Associate will play a key role in day-to-day financial activities, including reporting,
budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. This is an

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy in general ledger entries,
accounts payable/receivable, and bank statements.
Transaction Management: Support daily financial transactions, including processing
payments, managing receipts, and monitoring cash flows.
Financial Analysis: Assist in performing financial analysis and variance analysis to identify
trends, insights, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue growth.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial
projections in collaboration with senior finance team members.
Compliance & Regulation: Ensure adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and
industry regulations (RBI, SEBI, and other applicable regulations for NBFCs).
Loan & Investment Management: Assist in the management and documentation of loan
portfolios, investments, and associated interest calculations.
Internal Controls: Support the implementation of internal controls to ensure the
safeguarding of financial resources and assets.
Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audit processes, including providing
necessary documentation and responding to audit queries.
Taxation Support: Assist in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax laws,
including GST, TDS, and other relevant taxes.
Financial Systems Management: Maintain and update financial records using accounting
software and ERP systems.
Key Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required).
Professional certifications such as CA Inter, CMA, or similar are a plus.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing
Experience in the NBFC or financial services industry is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
Knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, TDS, and regulatory guidelines for NBFCs.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
