Hiring for Support Staff- Team Leader (Insurance Back-ground)
Any Graduate
Professional Skills: Good communication and core Insurance/Investment knowledge are preferred.
Smart to handle callers. Ability to motivate the team achieve target Solution oriented Candidate who have experience in Insurance Domain.
Managing a team of Insurance Agents.
Must have strong understanding on KRA/KPIs
Efficiency to manage daily Team Hurdles.
Ensure Insurance Sales & Quality targets are met.
Control Team Attrition & Motivate Agents for Work.
Preparing Daily MIS & Reports.
Review Mechanism.
Data Analysis.
Must have experience with dialing strategy like- Preview, Predictive and progressive mode.
Must be knowing APR properly. Agent productivity report.
Candidate Profile-
*Any Graduate / having minimum 1 Year of experience in Insurance Sales/Investment Domain(BPO Background).
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Flexible with 24/7 Environment.
* CTC Up-to 35K
