Role- Cluster Manager - Agency
Location- Indore
Working days- 5 days ( Monday- Friday)
Experience - 2 + Years

Role Objective-
* Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling insurance policies.
* Achieving the targets assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agents
* Achieving assigned  targets through intermediaries mapped
* Licensing, tracking, and activation of the agents
* Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and providing regular product and process training to them
* Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolving issues and queries
* Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead Providers, and intermediaries on a regular basis and maintain records of the same in a planned and systematic manner
