If you bring 7+ years of recruitment expertise and a passion for finding the best talent, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment Mastery: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring top talent acquisition from sourcing to onboarding. Targeted Talent Acquisition: Strategically identify and engage with candidates who perfectly match our companys requirements. Screening & Selection: Execute detailed screenings and telephonic interviews, ensuring only the best fit. Candidate Pipeline Management: Track and follow up with candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Database Management: Maintain a well-organized, up-to-date database of all candidate profiles.
