Are you a seasoned Ruby on Rails software engineer with a passion for building robust, scalable systems We are looking for a Ruby on Rails - Senior Staff Software Engineer to join a leading international SaaS company. About the Role: In this role, you'll lead the development of mission-critical systems within our full-stack team. You'll collaborate with architects and product managers, mentor fellow engineers, and ensure the delivery of top-notch, scalable features. What Youll Do: Solve complex business challenges with innovative, scalable solutions. Write high-quality, clean, and reusable code adhering to best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement features. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across interconnected systems. Lead technical projects, mentoring engineers, and ensuring project success. What Youll Bring: BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. 12+ years in software development, showcasing leadership and decision-making expertise. Expert level Ruby on Rails skills. Expertise in distributed computing, data architecture, and scalable system design. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Self-driven, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Tech Stack: Frontend: React (transitioning to TypeScript), Apollo, and some Ember.js. Backend: Ruby on Rails, REST APIs, GraphQL via Java.,
