Job Description

10 Years of related Professional Experience.

Manage automation and manual testers

Hand-on experience in regression, functional and performance testing

Ability to plan test schedules and strategies in accordance with release scope

Experience building a test automation strategy

Experience in complete test life cycle such test suite management, create and maintain test use cases, test optimization, test prioritization, test reporting and analytics, and test data management using respective tools and techniques

Must have Hands-on experience on implementation and testing of PLM process such as change management, BOM management, part management, SAP and CAD integrations with PLM systems, workflows, and data migrations preferably using Teamcenter.

Must have Hands-on experience on implementation and testing of mechanical and electrical CAD tools using UG NX, CREO, Solidworks, etc.

Experience working with test automation frameworkstools using Selenium, UFT and similar web-based and Java based test automation tools

Performance testing using Load runners or similar tools for PLM and CAD systems using Large assembly or BOM loading

Experience in applying agilescrum methodology to develop and execute software test plans including Jenkins continuous integration, and test-driven development.

Hands-on experience developing test automation scripts and Agile implementation

ISTQB test Manager Certification or equivalent and PMP
