Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Insurance Agent to join our team at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance in Pune, Maharashtra, India. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our wide range of innovative insurance products to clients. This is a Junior level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The employment type for this role includes Remote, Hybrid, Part-Time, and Full-Time options. Qualifications And Skills 1 to 3 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong business development and retail sales skills Leadership development and team management abilities Ability to generate leads and build a network of clients Sound knowledge of insurance products and regulations Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and in a team Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Roles And Responsibilities Promote and sell insurance products to potential clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs Deliver excellent customer service by providing accurate information and addressing client inquiries Achieve sales targets by actively prospecting and generating leads Analyze clients" financial situations and recommend suitable insurance products Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies Maintain proper documentation and track sales activities,
