Team-center Engineering or PLM system, SAP 6 Job Responsibilities Component development 7 Competency Requirements Technical/Function Component development of Telematics unit, cloud management, Map SDK management, Antenna development Knowledge of complete life cycle of development of Telematics unit in 2Wh and automotive domain and its interface with vehicle components like vehicle other ECUS, Speedometer, cloud, phone APP Knowledge of Bluetooth, wifi, ethernet connectivity, Knowledge of Telematics unit LTE connection, cloud, phone APP connectivity, MAP SDK, SMS, IVR Calls integrations in connected vehicle system Knowlegde of GSM, GPS integrated modems, Antenna, LTE Connection working Knowledge of software and hardware integration process, project management Understanding of contract management for cloud, map, cellular service providers, phone APP suppliers Understanding of EMC/EMI impacts on components / system. Understanding of CAN standards. Electronic component sourcing and pricing. Knowledge of domestic / global trends in relevant technology, regulations and develop long term road maps and appropriate work plan Benchmarking and generation of ideas for better performance, quality, cost, weight. Knowledge and practice of DFMEA, PFMEA. Cost estimation and negotiation, settlement for part and tooling / fixture cost and supply chain management, PPAP, Supplier Audits, production ramp up. Knowledge of quality systems, project management for component development. Knowledge of testing of components. Behavioral: Effective team player. Problem solving and excellent communication skills.
