    Company-HT Digital Streams (HT Group) Role- Technical Recruitment- Retainer) Job Type- Contract (6-9 months), position can be permanent depending on the performance Location- Delhi Work Mode- Hybrid Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our technical teams. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical roles and industry trends, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Source and identify qualified candidates for technical positions through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top technical talent and meet hiring goals. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and fit for the role. Candidate Management: Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive candidate experience and timely feedback. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand job requirements, define role specifications, and refine job descriptions. Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to optimize the recruitment process. Qualifications: Experience: Good experience in technical & product recruitment or in a similar role within a tech-focused environment. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry terminology.
