Job Description
- Overview As an SQL or MySQL Development Apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and maintenance of databases critical to the organization's operations. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior developers and database administrators to gain practical experience and enhance your skills in SQL or MySQL development. Key responsibilities Assist in writing and optimizing SQL/MySQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data Participate in the design and implementation of database structures and schemas Contribute to database performance tuning and optimization Assist in troubleshooting and resolving database issues Collaborate with the development team to integrate database functionality into applications Support the implementation of data security and integrity measures Assist in developing and maintaining database documentation Participate in database backup and recovery processes Learn and apply best practices in database development and management Contribute to testing and quality assurance of database systems Participate in ongoing learning and development activities to enhance SQL or MySQL skills Assist in data migration and transformation projects Contribute to database reporting and analysis tasks Work on assigned projects and tasks under the guidance of senior team members Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Knowledge of SQL or MySQL is preferred Understanding of database concepts and principles Familiarity with database design and normalization Basic understanding of query optimization and indexing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and develop SQL or MySQL skills Attention to detail and accuracy in database-related tasks Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively Understanding of data security and privacy principles Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is a plus Familiarity with version control systems like Git is advantageous Understanding of agile development methodologies is beneficial Skills: sql,mysql,database management,query optimization,database design,database,skills,data,contribute,data security,design,optimization,principles,
