Job Description
- Title: Associate Director Operational Excellence Location: Noida/Gurgaon Level: AD Experience: 15 to 20 years Function: Operational Excellence Travel Requirements: 0%-10% Position Summary: This strategic, hands-on role is responsible for driving demand forecast to fulfillment process initiatives, Progress Analysis and Visualization to derive insights and actions, coordination with stakeholders for better health and efficiency of the demand to fulfillment process. This role is multi-dimensional in nature, including elements of organizational design, process redesign, applying advanced technology and tools and lead change management techniques to deliver transformation. Key Deliverables/Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to: Strong understanding of the IT business operations & financial metrics Lead process transformation programs across the organization Working with Corporate functions, Business leaders and IT in identifying gaps in existing processes, conduct root cause analysis and drive organization changes. Conceptualize and implement a metrics landscape to drive quantitative analysis and insights. Identifying, analyzing, and understanding trends or patterns in complex data sets & creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business Well versed with performing data analysis leveraging MS-Excel Strong Analytical skills to understand data and interpret Excellent presentation skills in PPT Present information using data visualization techniques. Proactively look for optimization opportunities in business operations. Strong capability on solution modelling, scenario building and sensitivity analysis. Manage stakeholders and steer various enterprise-wide initiatives and programs towards timely completion and provide project updates on a consistent basis to top management about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Liaising with the Cognizant Application services team to design, plan, track, and monitor rollout of corporate systems designed for process reengineering. Qualifications (Experience, Skills) 12+ years of relevant multi - functional experience. Having delivery management background would be added advantage. Senior IT professional with strong Analytical, Problem Solving, Project Management & Time Management skills Excellent academic background with engineering and advanced degrees in Engineering, economics, finance, Human resources or management degrees Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time Should understand Business operations / Operations Excellence Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills,
