Role and Responsibilities Role We are seeking an experienced collections manager to lead our efforts to reduce unpaid debt and minimize potential revenue loss. In this role, you will: Monitor collections staff and oversee all debt-recovery procedures Develop, document, and implement collection strategies that have high success rates using the latest technology to automate the work Generate reports on account balances, aging, and other key metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement Resolve issues with clients and team members courteously, efficiently, and proactively Candidate Qualifications Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications: Extensive experience in collections management, with a proven track record of success in recovering unpaid debt Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with collection laws and regulations, as well as best practices in the collections industry Ability to work independently, think creatively, and find innovative solutions to complex problems Experience with collections software and other relevant tools A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Required Skills Analytical thinking Excellent report writing skills Knowledge of collection laws and regulations Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Skills: collections,bpo,bpo call center,assistant manager,
