Collaborate with regional teams to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with global strategies. Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior leadership to understand business goals and workforce needs, translating them into effective recruitment plans. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, department heads, and hiring managers. Global Recruitment Operations: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring practices. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and optimize the hiring process. Report on key metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Compliance & Diversity: Ensure recruitment practices comply with local and global employment laws and regulations. Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, promoting a diverse workforce across all regions. Qualifications: Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in a leadership role within talent acquisition, preferably in a global or multinational environment with team management experience. Strong understanding of global recruitment practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders. Proficiency in using recruitment software and HR analytics tools.
