- Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - for our Startup Location: Work from Office - Gurgaon, Udyog Vihar Phase-2 Equity Offered: Yes About Us: We are 1ViewBusiness.com, a cutting-edge low-code/no-code platform with integrated AI Agents for business apps. After being in beta since April 2023 with good monthly revenue, we are launching the production version this month. As the existing leadership shifts its focus to scaling sales, we are looking for a core team membera dynamic CTO with an entrepreneurial mindset who can drive the technical roadmap and revolutionize business solutions. What Were Looking For: We need a mad coder by heart and mind, someone who lives for technology and loves solving complex problems while building impactful products. Time Distribution: 5065% Coding: Actively involved in core development. 3550% Leadership: Managing the tech team and driving the product vision. Key Responsibilities: Product Leadership: Own the end-to-end development of the platform, ensuring alignment with our AI-first and mobile-first approach. Hands-On Coding: Work directly on core modules, including features, AI agent integration, and system optimization. Team Management: Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a startup culture of ownership and innovation. Tech Innovation: Experiment with new tech stacks, AI models, and frameworks to maintain a cutting-edge platform. Cloud Infrastructure: Manage deployments on AWS EKS for reliability and scalability. AI Expertise: Leverage AI models to create AI agents that integrate seamlessly with business applications. What You Bring: Experience: 510 years in tech, ideally in startups. Tech Stack Mastery: Flutter: For building cross-platform apps (mobile and web). Node.js: For backend and API development. MySQL: Strong understanding of relational databases including writing Stored procs. Python: For AI integrations and advanced processing. AI Models: Experience developing AI agents for business applications. Adaptability: Quick learner, capable of mastering new technologies and frameworks. Startup DNA: Action-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and focuses on impact over hours.
