- Job Description Information Security Analyst Position: Information Security Analyst Grade/Level Reporting to: Practice Lead Employment Type: Employee - Full Time Work Location: Mumbai Key Focus Area: Information Security Assurance and Compliance Key Responsibilities: This role offers a challenging and dynamic work environment where you will be at the forefront of protecting the enterprise's critical information assets. If you are a dedicated security professional with a passion for excellence, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: Develop and implement data leakage prevention strategies and processes. Investigate and resolve incidents of data leakage promptly and efficiently. Lead information security awareness programs, ensuring all employees are educated on the importance of protecting sensitive information. Conduct regular security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities. Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to strengthen security infrastructure. Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and prevention measures. Report to senior management on the status of information security and propose improvements. Conduct internal periodic assessments and audits. Track and drive closure of findings. Conduct audits on vendors/ third party consultants to ensure that security and compliance controls are implemented as per company policy and contractual requirements. Monitor the ongoing status of compliance remediation activities for identified risks and internal and external audit/compliance requirements. Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders. Prepare and distribute project status reports, highlighting key milestones and issues. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather project updates & collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualification and Work Experience Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MCA Work Experience: 3-5 Years A minimum of 3 years of experience in information security. Professional certifications such as CISM, CISA or equivalent are highly desirable. Proven track record of managing data leakage prevention and information security awareness programs. Significant knowledge and experience in Cyber Security domain,ITGC control evaluation, Policies and standards, Regulatory compliance, in-depth understanding of Industry standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, COBIT, NIST, ISO 31000. Strong understanding of network infrastructure, database security, and encryption technologies. Strong security auditing experience. Experience in supporting security controls, compliance and audit activity within a large provider organization. Demonstrated ability to apply IT-related knowledge and experience in solving compliance issues. Strong project management and communication skills (written and oral). Proficiency in Reporting Tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word including advanced functions and formulae. Competencies /Expertise Required (Functional & Behavioral) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with a focus on team-building and collaboration. Excellent managerial, people management, teamwork and client service skills. Adaptable to change. Quick Learner Open learn and work on new technologies and products. A proactive approach to security, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.,
