Lead Program Manager Academic Adoption Programme, Parinaam Foundation Overview: Parinaam operates across 20 states, breaking generational poverty through holistic social and financial interventions. Our Academic Adoption Programme provides scholarships for children in English-medium schools, aiming to enroll 6,000 children in the next two years. The programme supports education, financial literacy, healthcare, and family livelihood. Role Summary: The Lead Program Manager will oversee the on-ground execution of the Academic Adoption Programme, aligning it with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Program Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement program plans, budgets, and goals. Identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with policies and legislation. Program Operations: Oversee program activities, maintain records, and ensure efficient service delivery. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage program staff. Implement performance evaluations. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with funders, donors, and corporate partners. Build strong relationships and drive funding opportunities. Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, cash flow, and ensure proper fund utilization. Program Evaluation: Conduct regular evaluations and suggest improvements. Skills & Competencies: Technical: Program management, stakeholder management, advanced Excel, report writing, and data analysis. Behavioral: Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity. Languages: English (required), Kannada and Hindi (preferred).
