We specialize in developing advanced systems in surgical navigation, robotics, optical tracking systems, and VR/AR-based medical simulation platforms. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates to push the boundaries of technology, aiming to redefine healthcare through impactful solutions. What You'll Do As a Technical Lead - Software Engineering, you will: Lead and Mentor: Guide a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including computer vision, robotic engineers, imaging specialists, and clinical experts. Software Architecture: Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software architectures for navigation, robotic systems and image-guided surgical applications. Integrate Robotic Systems: Work on the integration of software with navigation, robotic platforms and optical tracking systems, ensuring seamless operation and reliability. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all software development processes comply with IEC 62304, ISO 13485, FDA, and other relevant medical device regulations. Hands-On Development: Engage in hands-on coding using C++ and frameworks like Cuda, Qt, VTK, ITK, and OpenCV. Optimize Performance: Focus on performance optimization, real-time processing, and ensuring system reliability and scalability. What We're Looking For Experience: 8+ years in software development with significant experience in software architecture, leading technical teams, and delivering complex projects involving real-time systems. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in programming languages C++ and Python. Experience with frameworks and tools such as Cuda, Qt, VTK, ITK, OpenCV, and OpenGL. Hands-on experience with RTOS, multi-threading, real-time systems, and concurrent programming. Familiarity with DevOps tools like Git, Azure, Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of cloud, edge computing, AI, and machine learning techniques. Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of IEC 62304, ISO 13485, FDA, CE compliance, and other medical device standards. Educational Background: Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
