- Engineering Manager About The Role We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager with 8+ years of experience in software development and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in .Net Core, C#, Microsoft Azure, and modern architectural patterns like Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire engineering teams, deliver high-quality software solutions, and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment. Key Skills Technical Expertise : .Net Core, C#, JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, JSON, relational database design. Cloud Knowledge : Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Azure WebJobs, App Services, Service Bus. Architectural Patterns : Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). DevOps Expertise : Automating infrastructure and build processes. Security Practices : Object-oriented design, defensive coding, and OWASP best practices. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership : Lead and manage engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality software products. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and thought leadership across teams. Uphold best practices in engineering methodologies and processes. Project Management Report team performance, project milestones, and progress to stakeholders. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Align team goals with organizational objectives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Team Development Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of engineering staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within teams. Develop strategies for individual and team growth. Technical Contributions Lead features from design to implementation with a strong problem-solving approach. Contribute to architecture design, including EDA and SOA, ensuring scalability and performance. Implement automation for infrastructure and build processes. Cloud & Security Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure technologies such as Azure Functions, Service Bus, and App Services. Apply OWASP principles and promote a defensive coding mindset. Additional Responsibilities Adapt to evolving organizational needs by taking on additional roles and : Experience : 8+ years in software development with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Strong expertise in .Net Core, C#, JavaScript, and REST APIs. Familiarity with Angular.js or similar front-end frameworks is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
