Job Description

Job Location: Kothrud, Pune Experience: 1 3 years (After CA) Qualification: CA Job Description: 1. Managing a team of 6-7 people 3. Knowledge of monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end transactions; Preparing financial, statements and other reporting. 5. Preparing and analysing various reports like AP/AR ageing, budget vs actuals and analysing the reasons, for the variances. 6. Preparing schedules required for statutory and tax audits. 7. Understanding the trainings needs of the team and arranging training for the team. 8. Co-ordination with various stakeholders for timely query resolution. 9. Setting up procedures and policies, for various accounting functions, flow chart preparation etc. 10. Interested to grow in outsourcing business. 11.
