- Employer: A Chartered Accountant Firm Location: Sector 62, Noida Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage and oversee the work operations as a senior staff in the firm, including accounts, taxation, and auditing. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, manage client relations, and provide strategic insights to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Accounts Management Oversee bookkeeping and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Conduct regular reconciliation of accounts, including bank and ledger accounts. Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and support the preparation of financial statements. Taxation Handle GST filings, TDS returns, and income tax returns for clients. Advise on tax planning and optimization strategies. Ensure timely compliance with all statutory tax regulations. Liaise with tax authorities and manage audits or queries effectively. Audit Operations Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits as required by clients. Prepare detailed audit reports and address findings with actionable recommendations. Maintain and improve auditing processes to ensure compliance and efficiency. Team & Client Management Supervise and mentor junior team members in executing day-to-day tasks. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure service satisfaction. Key Requirements Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience in accounts, taxation, and auditing. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally,) and MS Office tools. Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, tax regulations, and auditing practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
