Desired Candidate Profile

Immediate requirement for AM HR.

The candidate should have experience in Recruitment and HR Generalist role with excellent communication skills.

Should be available for immediate joining.

JD for HR position

Location: - Gurgaon
Designation: - Asst. Manager- HR
Reporting: - HR Head

Key responsibilities:
Shall be majorly responsible for HR operations activities.
Shall be managing entire leave and attendance data of the organization through software.
Be responsible for HRMS software and regular its regular updates relating to data and information.
Shall be required to prepare and handle HR data /reports /analytics as and when required; both from HR software and in excel.
Will be required to contribute in employee joining, onboarding, and other employee engagement activities, etc.

Competency required:-
Must have 5+ years of experience in HR generalist profile
Should have good command over excel, power point and must have handled different HR reports / data
Should have good presentation and communication skills
Should be highly active and energetic

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
