Support Die Corrector Job in Aditya Birla @ Crown Hr Services

Job Description

Candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in Aluminium industry. The candidate should have understanding of Die Technology, Die Support Technology, common faults and their causes. The candidate should have experience in Die Performance Monitoring, Recording and comparing performance and correction data; balancing speed; tonnage; and recovery relates against die corrections. The candidate should also have experience in identifying the need for a New Die or major repairs by the manufacturers; detecting and suggesting alternations in design; documentation of changes in drawings. The candidate must have technical skill of operating Milling Machine, Welding, using various measuring instruments, selection of correct cutting tools etc. The candidate must have good Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of workforce. Should have working knowledge of manufacturing production and quality systems. Should be very good in team-work, Service Orientation & customer focus to implement and effective develop within the predefined parameters like timeline, production targets etc.,
