Role About About the job and its activities An Electronic and Electrical Intern in a research setting supports ongoing projects by assisting in the design, testing, and analysis of electronic circuits and electrical systems. Key responsibilities include conducting experiments, collecting data, and preparing technical reports. The intern may work with hardware like microcontrollers and sensors, as well as software tools such as MATLAB or CAD for simulations. Collaboration with research engineers is crucial for troubleshooting and optimizing prototypes. Strong foundational knowledge in electronics, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn are essential. This role provides hands-on experience and technical growth in real-world applications. Working hours Monday to Saturday, - 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Responsibilities Circuit Design and Prototyping: Assisting in the design and development of electronic circuits, including breadboarding and soldering components. Simulation: Using software tools like MATLAB or SPICE to simulate electronic designs and analyze performance. Testing and Experimentation: Conducting experiments to validate circuit functionality, including measurements of voltage, current, and frequency. Data Collection and Analysis: Gathering data from experiments and simulations, and analyzing results to draw meaningful conclusions. Documentation: Keeping detailed records of design processes, experimental setups, and findings to ensure reproducibility. Collaboration: Participating in team meetings to share insights, discuss project progress, and brainstorm solutions to technical challenges. Knowledge Sharing: Organizing and conducting workshops or presentations for college students to share your expertise and foster peer learning.
