Senior Executive R&D (Fine & Specialty Chemicals) For Reputed Chemical/Intermediate manufacturing Company Qualification: M.Sc - Organic Chemistry Experience: 8-10 years Location: Nandesari , Vadodara Salary: 6.00 to 9.00 Lacs P/A Perk & Benefit: Transportation Job Description: 1. Develop and optimize organic synthesis processes., 2. Innovate new materials and create effective formulations. 3. Lead the scale-up of R&D processes to full commercial production. 4. Ensure seamless process transfers from pilot to plant-scale operations. Skill : 1. Experience in Process Development, process transfer to pilot scale, and plant scale within the R&D domain. 2. Strong command of chemical reactions, including Friedel-Crafts, Chlorination, Alkoxylation, Amidation, Cyclisation, and Condensation., 3. Solving abilities, with a focus on innovation., 4. Proficient in analyzing and reviewing patent filings and reaction patterns.
