Job Description
- Data and Integration Tech Lead Experience - 8 to 12 years Notice - Immediate to 30 days Location - Pune Job purpose Data Delivery Tech Lead, Responsible to work on multiple projects as a technical lead driving user story analysis and elaboration, design and development of data flow, testing, and builds automation tools. Architects data migration flows. Translates complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture, design, and high performing software. Experience in leading team of developers. Experience in agile and other rapid application development methods. Key Accountabilities & Tasks Expertise in Data structures and algorithms Experience in Data Integration and data migration & Salesforce data models is mandatory Experience in Informatica/Or Any other ETL tool and RDBMS Mandatory knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, data warehousing Must have lead a team for min 4 as Tech lead. 8 to 12 years relevant experience in Data Migration, integration. Must have solid hands-on technical expertise in data migration to Salesforce and understanding of Salesforce CRM data model, triggers, configuration settings Extensive expertise in ETL design and development process using Any ETL Significant experience in working as a technical Lead with depth in data integration and data architecture Experience in CICD, Devops etc Should have prior experience of deployment and orchestration of ETL, optimization, and automation. Should have worked on a large volume of data. Strong analytical skills and communication skills. Design, Implement and deploy ETL Experience in Enhancements and Fixes and Troubleshooting production issues Must have worked in multiple types of data load, including Batch Loads, RT, NRT Validate the solution design being produced to make sure that it is matching with global standards and procedures and is able to answer the project need Guarantee all work is compliant with internal and external audit requirements Implement quality improvement guidelines/plans relating to project management processes. Work on Data delivery standard processes, documents to improve Integration quality Responsible on internal team improvements, documentation, processes General Responsibilities: Conscientiously attain agreed goals within specified time frame eventually budget Actively contribute to problem-solving Prevent from any actions which could be in conflict with employers interests Actively follow principles of decency and cooperation with other employees Follow respective legal and internal policies and employers instructions including Code of ethics or company values Education level & faculty: University degree preferably in a business or technical subject or any comparable education Job experience & skills: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in data migration domain Proven data domain background, comfortable with Data migration technologies mainly ETL and data principles Ability to work under pressure within given deadlines Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to understand complex information and assess requirements Ability to translate business needs to technical audience A flexible, methodical and structured approach to projects The ability to work within budget limits Ability to travel Competencies Driving Financial Results and Innovation Leading Teams/ Teamwork Collaboration Learning Agility and Curiosity Community Impact,
