- A Snapshot of Your Day Siemens Energy Digital Products and Solutions team (DPS) supports all SE Business Areas in their growth of their digital business. We consult, design and develop tailored solutions for the customer market, based on their specific technical and commercial constraints. Our second mission is to professionalize, automate and standardize SE software development. How Youll Make An Impact Responsible for the delivery of the software applications Ability to work as Project Manager/ Scrum master/Release Train Engineer on the software project using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) Supervise and coordinate software development and cloud solutions by coordinating with product owners, architects and developers Plan and execute the project timelines by assigning tasks to the team General support for the whole team (meeting organization, alignment between the team members) Ensure proper communication and collaboration, conflict resolution, ideally before they occur Support for the setup and updates of the different tools (Confluence, Jira, MS-Teams etc.) Use technical knowledge to help the agile development teams. Support effort and budget estimations and guide different developer teams. Manage technical and business customers Manage the project risks What You Bring A masters or bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, with 10+ years of proven experience in software development and software architecture. Having prior experience of having lead 10+ members Dedication to improving processes and driving efficiency Project level alignment to the organization level processes Hands on technical experience as Developer, DevOps. Hands on project management experience as Scrum Master or Project manager. A curious and passionate approach to problem-solving, building, and self-improvement. Accountability for outcomes, commitment to delivering high-quality results in a reliable manner. Proven ability to work with multi-functional product teams and engage directly with clients. Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach. A customer-centric, open-minded demeanor with a commitment to continuous skill development. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and the ability to operate effectively in a global, multicultural environment. Ability to manage the international team working remote.
